Gratitude is a key to happiness and a primary contributor to an enrich life.

how to be grateful?
1.relax.it is hard to cultivate a sense of gratitude when you r angry,frustrated or anxious.if these are issues that you struggle with,it is important to resolve them,as they r formidable barriers to thankfulness.

2.live in the moment.if you r too busy dwelling on the past or thinking bt the future you wont be able to fully notice bt the future,you wont be able to fully notice how fanstastic things r right now.thinking bt the past n future openss the door to comparison,which is the only way u can perceive sth as nt good enough.thus,live in the present in order to appreciate the things you have now.

3.start with your senses.the most basic preasure in life are usually accessible to us all the time,but they slip out of our consciousness because we get so used to them.learn to notice the little things,and deliberately appreciate them.

4.cherish simple things in life.things like laughter,affection and playfulness are fleeting.once a relationship has degraded,those things dont spontaneously occur anynore and its is very hard to get them backyou might know that from experience.so threat those moment with care,especially wif children.dont be the person who takes life too seriously,who doesnt have time to have fun or who haS NO sense of humour..

5.take a vacation.
there is some truth to the saying,absence makes the heart grow fonder but shouldnt have to separate urself frm sth or som1 in order to appreciate it.but it can be a good way to trigger your sense of gratitude just once in a while.

6.keep a gratitude journal.challenge urself to write down five new things everyday that u r grateful 4.
lt will be easy in the beginning but soon you will discover u have to increase ur awareness to keep up.
